SOCIAL CONSTITUTION
FUNPEA has the
following partner categories:
A) Founder
B) Cooperator
C) Honorary
The FUNPEA Founder
Partners are 37 (thirty seven) professors and experts
from the agrarian sciences field whose have contributed
as donors to build up its initial estate as established
at its foundation .
Cooperator Partner is a
person with relevant experience compatible with FUNPEA
goals, and who has had his name proposed by the Curator
Council and approved by a majority of its members at an
assembly.
The Honorary Partner is
a person or institution of goals similar to FUNPEA, or
those with relevant services to its favor and have had
theirs names approved by a majority of its members at an
assembly.

THE
ESTATE AND RESOURCES
The FUNPEA estate
includes:
- Goods and funds
from its initial capital received as a Public
Donation at the founding of FUNPEA;
- Goods, donations,
subventions, legacies and aid received from
individuals or private and or public
institutions, whether Brazilian or foreigners;
- Stocks, assets or
others financial papers to be acquired.
The FUNPEA resources
are:
- Income from third
parties including those resulting from
agreements, aid, donations and budget funds
originating from public or private Bodies;
- Income from
services performed and from scientific technical
consultation to private or public Bodies and
Institutions;
- Income from its
own resources or those under its administration;
- Income from stock,
assets or any other financial papers owned by
FUNPEA under its administration;
- Capital interest
and other income of the same nature;
- Any usufructs it
may receive.
