It shows us that we can be in control of our lives just becoming better versions of ourselves with a simple morning routine. The only thing you need to follow the book is the will to become a better person.
The subject is interesting, but it could be presented faster. I'm still struggling to read until the end. If you like to have a lot of stories around one same principle, this is the book for you. Otherwise, be aware....it could be much more focused on what is important.
