I am a 41-year-old guy and during all my life have followed a single rule: how much this business is worthing versus how much the seller is asking for it. if the assets meet the asked price and the business has a good history and any stable perspective to the future done(we have a deal), otherwise no thanks. I know that nowadays we have a lot of tricks, formulas, graphics and fancy sites doing fancy things and it is emotionally delightful and attractive, but do not forget the basics and the basics are what about this book is about. A must-read for every guy.
