A trama é rica e bem construída.
STRANGE THE DREAMER • • • ⭐️:5,0/5 • • 💬: The writing is beautifically marvelous and poetic, feel in love with the narration and its tale while also adoring Lazlo Strange. He is one of the most adorably strong willed character I’ve had ever the pleasure of reading about, his journey throughout the book is amazing. I loved how Taylor’s new exactly how to grab my attention with a mix of nerdiness and ruggedness. (Yeah, I kinda love Lazlo Strange)
“He read while he walked. He read while he ate. The other librarians suspected he somehow read while he slept, or perhaps didn't sleep at all.”
The premise of the story is very refreshing for me, specially with the whole world building around Weep, something that I knew the author wouldn’t disappoint me. She knew how to perfectly present each information at the right time and smoothly. I know some people will hate me for saying this but Thyon was a really captivating and interesting characters, even if I hate him. Also, Sarai is my queen of nightmares and I want to bake a cake for her...ah, I miss reading her in dreams and her mind. Sarai is the perfect character to love and protect at all costs...she is sweet, she is badass, she is lovely and she is dangerous. I’m dying with anticipation for the sequel and what the hell was that cliffhanger? I knew something like that would happen, because c'mon, it’s Laini Taylor we are talking about. She has the gift of making your world fall apart and then let you live so you can suffer through one year until the next book. lol sweats nervously
I read this book was good. This book is wonderful! It's so captivating! English is not my first language and sometimes because it's kinda lyrical I kept reading the same passage repeatedly, but it was totally worth it. Lazlo is an amazing character and I loved Sarai as well. But Minya, well, Minya is a bitch. That's only I can say about her. I can hardly wait for the sequel!!!!
I've never read a book made for the YA fans that was so addicting. Maybe because it isn't a dystopia or because the main characters are much more original, complex and smart than usual YA books. YA fans should dig it, Epic fantasy fans should dig it... any fiction reader should dig it.
