A very excellent book written by Shiv Khera I want to thank him personally in this chapter I love to read closing techniques.. Particularly one of my favourite project technique that have been discussed in this book is feedback for ourself getting from the customer that is it has been discussed in this book...
Started reading this with great interest, but, it is heavily put upon on sales with no real concrete explains I can incorporate or carry forward in my work field of people / project management - hence, I would not recommend this to anyone BTW, book quality is adequate for the price tag, easy to read words and understand. Came in one piece without damages. Kindly note, I even though I have given 02 stars - this is based on how useful the product was for me in my profession - packing and deliver is 5/5 but there is no separate category for that, hence, I have split the 05 starts as 04:01. For packing and deliver it is full marks, usefulness, almost nil as I don't know where the book is today in my home
Just by reading this book u can't learn selling ..this book just reveals the techniques & principles of selling . selling can be learned only if u apply these practically ..If you have clarity with all the chapters you surely can be the salesman of the year . The language , Concept and personal experiences of the author is Just fabulous ! If u Apply this practically surely u will successful .Read this book for many times u if aren't clear with the content .
This is an easily readable book, you will enjoy reading. Examples are well explained and vocabulary is perfect. If you do the exercises at the end of each chapter it will stay in your memory and shape your behaviour.
