Good basic advice. Particularly liked the micro method as I tend to start with massive goals & then give up after a couple of days. Looking forward to a fitter more toned body in a month's time NOT a week!!!!!
Finally, after all these years of fluctuating weight, I learned excellent exercise habits that I didn't think of before. I can't compliment Mr. Scott enough for such a book beyond excellence... and I thought I had to take an expensive course. Even when I went through dietitians and doctors, they gave me a lot of bad advice and of course none of this worked. Sometimes, it even worsened my health and my weight problems.
But now, even after battling with hypothyroidism, these exercise tactics take the dread and fear out of exercising. Naturally, if I don't feel like exercising due to any stress, I am still happy to exercise anyway because of this book. Now I know that exercise actually removes stress from me and I do it even more and happily too.

Non solo ci sono scritte solo cose già trite e ritrite, ma il libro è scritto tutto in terza persona e finisce con il dare fastidio.." Steve suggerisce di fare questo" " Rebecca dice che dovresti comportarti così" ecc.... anche no! Io l'ho letto grazie a Kindle Unlimited ma non lo consiglio.
I love this book from Steve, as I do most of his books for its common sense and insight into how to actually develop those good habits that we know we need. No lengthy tomes or difficult stuff that is hard to read let alone actually do. I am actually doing some daily exercise - only a small amount but am genuinely starting to build a habit which is what I wanted and desperately needed. Everybody will find something in this book that will tip the balance between not moving and starting to build that daily habit. Even me!
